About me

I am a qualified, NCPS-accredited counsellor based in Oxford, UK.

I am fortunate to live in a queer- and neurodivergent-friendly community, and live with my partner and dog, Joy.

How I work

I work in an integrative way, which means I draw from lots of psychotherapy modalities (e.g. psychoanalysis, CBT) depending on your needs and preferences. I work in a friendly, compassionate way and am guided by you and what you want our sessions to look like.

For a bit more detail on what to expect from our sessions, see my about therapy page.
